Be gentle with yourself

Making changes is never easy.  If you are trying to incorporate a healthier lifestyle into your already busy life, go easy.  Know that even making small changes is going to make a big difference.  So if doing a full diet overhaul is way too daunting a challenge for you right now, just switching to water as your go to beverage will make a large impact.  Or maybe just try crowding out your daily sweet treat with a fruit or carrot sticks and humus.

Or if you feel you "messed up" and a ate something you feel you shouldn't have, please, please, please do not beat yourself up about it.  We are only human after all and creating change is a journey.  You're not weak if you ate that piece of chocolate cake!  For God's sake, it's delicious.  Enjoy it and move on.

Remember that small changes can have lasting impacts.

Here's to your health!

It's been a while

I know it's been a couple of weeks since I posted a blog post.  I've been really struggling getting my business off the ground.

I have no background in business so this has been a real challenge for me.  I keep thinking of ideas for getting my message out there, but I guess I need to put them into action.

I do want to work with women who want to lose weight and gain a healthy relationship with food, their bodies, souls, and spirits through the process of re-discovering their own worth through self love.

This is for women who have tried everything to lose weight.  I have a sustainable solution that will be catered just for them.

If you know are someone or know someone who is struggling with these issues please refer them to me and have them sign up for their free consultation.
